My name is Erica Salter. I am the school counselor of Hamilton Elementary School. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and teaching for 6 years, I received my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from UWA. This is my 5th year as a little Aggie counselor. While school counseling is so much more than just counseling, being an advocate for students on all fronts is exactly what motivates me daily. Being a product of this great school and now the counselor is, by far, the most rewarding part of my job!
