On Wednesday, May 1st Elaine Softley, with the Extension Office, spoke to students about the dangers of vaping. This was a part of a series of educational programs brought to us in conjunction with local resources through Officer David Richards and Chief Eddie Collins with the Bear Creek Police Department. We'd like to thank them for all they do to help keep our school and community safe.

Marion County Principals, Assistant Principals, and Central Office Administrators strive to be lifelong learners. We have participated in two years of administrative leadership training that involved both individual coaching at the school level and system whole group training. Kacy Pierce, Denise Woods, and Cheryl Capps were our trainers and mentors. During the process they have become partners and friends of Marion County Schools.
