
Good afternoon! This message is for anyone who ordered a tuxedo from April Simpson. She will pick up the tuxedos tomorrow, Friday, April 18th in the front parking lot at 1:00.

Good evening! Tomorrow, we will begin taking our state assessment for 7th and 8th grade students (ACAP). Please make sure that your child goes to bed early, eats a nutritional breakfast, and arrives to school by 7:45 am. The schedule is as follows: Wednesday will be 7th grade ELA and Thursday will be 8th grade ELA Monday, April 14th will be 8th grade science Tuesday, April 22nd will be 7th and 8th grade math. Thank you for support in helping your child succeed.

Due to the threat of severe weather, ALL Marion County Schools will delay 2 hours on Monday, March 31st. All buses will run 2 hours later than usual, and schools will start 2 hours late. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Please be safe!


All Marion County Schools will be closed March 24-28 for Spring Break. Have fun and stay safe!

This is a great time to get your students their booster shots (11 years old and above). Consent forms are available from your school nurse and must be turned back in by Friday. Make sure forms are completely filled out. If you have any questions, please contact your school nurse.


National School Breakfast Week celebrates the importance of a nutritious school breakfast in fueling students for success. This special observance celebrates the National School Breakfast Program and the many ways it gives kids a great start every day.

The following deposit amounts are required for orders to be placed.
Class Rings requires $150.00 deposit
Letter Jackets require $250.00
Jackets whose order total is over $500.00 will require a $300.00 deposit.


National School Counseling Week recognizes the vital roles school counselors play in the lives of students. School counselors provide a wealth of support throughout a student's academic career. We are thankful for our amazing school counselors, and we appreciate the job they do!


Anyone interested in trying out for cheer for the upcoming season will need to attend the parent meeting this week. Information is provided below along with tryout information. If you have not received an information sheet, you may pick one up in the high school office, contact Coach Wilson, or receive one Tuesday at the parent meeting. Please share!
